TryPsyTest.com is a psychological test self-assessment website that generates personalized psychological test reports on the server side by collecting age and gender information provided by the user.
3. User Conduct Guidelines
When using TryPsyTest.com, you agree to abide by the following rules:
- Provide true and accurate age and gender information to obtain valid test results
- Do not attempt to crack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the normal operation of TryPsyTest.com
- Do not use TryPsyTest.com for any illegal activities
- Understand and accept that test results are for reference only and cannot substitute for professional psychological counseling
4. Data Collection and Use
TryPsyTest.com only collects information necessary for providing the service:
- Age information: used to generate psychological test questions and reports suitable for your age group
- Gender information: used to provide gender-related psychological test analysis and suggestions
- Test responses: the answers you select during the testing process, used to generate personalized reports
We solemnly declare: TryPsyTest.com does not collect personally identifiable information such as names, addresses, or telephone numbers. All collected data is used solely for providing psychological testing services.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on TryPsyTest.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, etc., is protected by copyright law, trademark law, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without explicit authorization.
6. Disclaimer
You understand and agree that:
- The test results provided by TryPsyTest.com are for reference only and cannot replace professional psychological counseling or diagnosis
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of the test results
- Any decisions you make or actions you take based on the test results are your sole responsibility
- We are not liable for any indirect losses resulting from the use or inability to use TryPsyTest.com
7. Service Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the TryPsyTest.com service at any time without prior notice. If we terminate the service, we will provide a 30-day advance notice within the application.
8. Agreement Changes
We may update this Agreement from time to time. When changes are made, we will post the new User Agreement within the application and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of TryPsyTest.com constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party shall have the right to submit the dispute to the competent People's Court for litigation.
