6. Disclaimer

You understand and agree that:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of test results
• You are solely responsible for any decisions made or actions taken based on test results

7. Service Modification and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate TryPsyTest.com services at any time without prior notice. If we terminate the service, we will post a notice in the application 30 days in advance.

8. Agreement Modification

We may update this Agreement from time to time. If there are changes, we will publish the new User Agreement within the application and update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of TryPsyTest.com constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a competent people's court for litigation.
