The PSTR psychological stress test was developed in 1983 by Swiss psychologist Edwards based on the psychological stress factor theory proposed by German psychologist Murray in 1968. Moderate stress can help improve work or study efficiency, but excessive stress may have the opposite effect and even affect physical health when severe.

Note: The total score ranges from 0 to 200. 0-42: indicates too little stress and needs moderate increase; 43-65: indicates moderate stress; 66 and above: indicates excessive stress that needs appropriate reduction. As this scale is only an auxiliary screening tool, the test results are for reference only.
