OBQ-44 was developed by the Obsessive Compulsive Cognitions Working Group (OCCWG) to assess individuals' obsessive beliefs. The scale consists of 3 subscales with a total of 44 items, including: Responsibility/Threat Estimation, Perfectionism/Certainty, and Importance/Control of Thoughts. Higher scores indicate stronger obsessive beliefs.
